I am seeing a patient who is looking for housing. She would like to find someone who has a home and is looking for a roomate. She is able to pay rent and help with groceries. She is 53-year old female with epilepsy. If you know anyone looking for a roomate contact me at the above e-mail.

I would also like to know of some upcoming meetings for my 11 year old daughter and I to attend. I really think she would benefit from some training and talking. She seems to not like to talk about her epilepsy at all. She had her first seizure in march 2007. Please & Thank you

My son has had seizures for 11 years. He is 17 and has been seizure free for almost 2 years now. He attended camp for all one year but it is very far and expensive. He would like to find a camp closer to home for this summer. He is really wanting something to fill a few days this summer. If anyone knows of anything, please let me know.

I just happened to catch the information about this organization on the morning news Monday. My youngest daughter (age 6) was recently diagnosed with Absence Seizures, I think this foundation is wonderful and I would like to know if there is anyway I could get more involved. I had never heard of the type of seizures my daughter has and apparently I am the rule not the exception. I would love it if someone could contact me about upcoming meeting I might be able to attend. I also have a great video of my daughter having an absence seizure (very rare to get on video) the doctors found it a wonderful tool in her diagnosis. I wonder if you might want to add it to your site or at least a link to it. I know when I was looking for information on Absence seizures I really wanted to see a video of what one looks like but I could not find one anywhere on the web (not a real one anyway there were several reenactments).
I have included the link so you can view it

Now we have the walk but, what will it take to have a pediatric support group up and running again! I am willing to help with everything I can! There needs to be a lot more awareness out there! In Lubbock there is flyers in all the hospitals about the support groups why not Amarillo! I have been in this for almost five years I wish I would have known about it then but, I just found out about it last year! People don't know there is help out there! What do we need to do? Please let me know!
Thank you!

I was wondering if there were any fundraisers or walks to raise awareness any time soon or anytime at all?
